How to Add a Pause in your Android Phone Dial String

Follow the instructions below to add a Pause in the dial string between your ZipLaunch Number and ZipLaunch Code on your Android device:

• Enter the ZipLaunch Number into Contacts
• After you’ve entered the number, tap the lower left keypad box with a # in it
• A new pad will appear and you will tap the box labeled ‘Pause’ and a comma will appear after the number
• Repeat this again so you have 2 commas
• Type in the ZipLaunch Group Code and tap done
