A few things to note:
- Usage is a total of time and people on the call so a 10 minute call with 5 participants uses 50 minutes. If you go over the service will stay active and you will be billed 9 cents per overage minute.
- Each ZB account is one private conference bridge. This is by design so you can add Groups to an existing call as needed. Additional accounts are needed to support simultaneous private calls.
- Unlimited calling is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy found here.
- International calling is calling to numbers outside of North America and per minute usage charges apply.
