Do you sometimes have the need to create a Group on the fly, depending on the situation and who is on call? Now you can! We have re-configured the ZipBridge Directory to allow you to add multiple Members to a Group at the same time – just click the Members then scroll to the bottom to Add them all to the Group.
To get to the Directory – Select a Group, then Edit Members, then Add New Member, then click the Directory icon in the upper right. Members that are in ANY Group will appear in the Directory. Some clients plan to use this feature by first creating dummy “Directory” Group or Groups which populate the Directory and can then be added as needed to a Group for an instant reverse emergency conference call.
