We heard from many clients that pressing 1 to join a ZipBridge reverse conference call was sometimes difficult. With more people using wireless headphones and Bluetooth car audio, their phone was not always easily available. But we needed some way to filter answering machines from joining a call, so we innovated and now in addition to pressing 1, you can also just say “JOIN” to join a call.
Our goal at ZipBridge is to facilitate instant and easy communications with a team for unscheduled, urgent or emergency conference calls. No other solution can get a group communicating as quickly as an outbound conference call and ZipBridge makes it easy to launch with our web-based app or ZipLaunch Numbers. Now it is even easier to join a call – just answer the phone and say “JOIN” and you are communicating with the rest of the team.
